Business Listings
Listing Requirements

Prohibited Content

- Fraudulent or deceptive businesses

Intellectual Property
The EthioFind name, logo, website design, and content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.
By submitting a business listing, you grant EthioFind a non-exclusive license to display your business information on our platform.
Disclaimer of Warranties
EthioFind is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any business listings. We are not responsible for:
- The quality of products or services offered by listed businesses
- Transactions between users and listed businesses
- Any disputes arising from such transactions
- Temporary service interruptions
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EthioFind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
Claiming a Business
If you are the owner of a business listed on EthioFind, you may claim the listing to manage it. We reserve the right to verify ownership before granting access to manage a listing.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts or remove listings that violate these terms, without prior notice. You may also delete your account at any time.
Modifications to Terms
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of EthioFind after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
